SonRise Equestrian Foundation is a non-profit organization guided by Christian-based values that makes a positive difference for youth living with social, emotional, or physical challenges including terminal illness.

Participating children develop confidence, integrity and responsibility through mentoring and peer relationships centered around the care and enjoyment of horses.

 Our Children
Our children suffer primarily from social, emotional and physical challenges; however, some are facing terminal illness. On any given day we may encounter children dealing with autism, severe depression, social problems or  illness.

 How You Can Help
SonRise is a a non-profit 501(C)(3) community program run completely by volunteers. We provide our services to children at no cost to their care-givers. We are able to do what we do because of your generosity.

Special Invitation from Our Friends at Peet’s Coffee & Tea, Danville CA

 

Our friends at Peet’s Danville, 435 Railroad Ave, have chosen SonRise Equestrian to be the recipient of their Holiday Donations Program, Dec. 17-24. This is an annual holiday tradition at Peet’s where store employees will collect contributions from customers and Peet’s will match up to $1,000 collected per store during the contribution period.

 

In the spirit of the season, they are extending a special invitation to our members to join them on Thursday, Dec. 8 for their Holiday Open House. From 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. enjoy coffee tastings featuring Peet’s holiday offerings of the season, brewing demonstrations and save 20% when you purchase Holiday coffee, tea and gifts!
