Danielle was raised in Danville. She has been riding horses in the Tassajara & Diablo Valleys most of her life.

• Graduate of The Athenian School in Danville, CA
• B.A. in Education/Spanish Concentration from Pepperdine University, Malibu, CA
• Currently employed as a Western Regional Manager
• Make-A-Wish Wish Grantor and Fundraising Event Volunteer since 2000

"Children & horses - 2 of my favorite joys in life!

"I was fortunate to begin riding at the age of 6 on my best friends family ranch in Alamo and have been able to enjoy the magical connection with horses ever since.

"I have always had a natural pull towards teaching and mentoring children, so being a Volunteer at SonRise has been a perfect fit. While in college I continued to take lessons and volunteered with S.E.R.T. (Special Equestrian Riding Therapy) where I saw the powerful results that came from children with special needs riding horses.

"Many years later, I found SonRise and I look forward to all of our times together. The children, their families, the horses and all those involved in this special program are truly inspiring!"
